Payment

Would you like to exchange or return your product(s)? If your complaint is valid and the return shipment has reached us in a proper state, the amount is refunded within 5 office days after we have received your shipment, to the account with which the purchase has been made.

Have you redeemed a gift certificate? Then we do not pay you the value of the certificate in money. In that case, you will receive credit, which you can again spend in our web-shop.

If we receive your return shipment in a damaged or incomplete state, then we cannot process it, sadly.
